Employability Program
QAWS offers a complementary role between Employers and these existing valuable services by focusing on the “Work Environment” arena requirements, employers’ expectations, and their practical challenges. Its services, solutions, and programs address the individuals’ needs & Employers requirements.
The program –effectively- aims to enable Sons and Daughters of Qatar to earn employment opportunities in the Qatari market and grow within their employer’s organization to leadership positions to effectively enhance the work environment to foster success, creativity, efficiency and growth towards meeting Qatar’s national goals.
